Pag is opening its pre-season in the best possible way. D10’s Pizza Fantasista will host colleagues from Da Nanni Barcelona for a special masterclass and a one-night pizza popup, bringing together international experience, technique, and a shared passion for pizza.

Among the standout names in the city is Da Nanni, a family-run pizzeria that has built a strong reputation through consistency, identity, and a clear connection between tradition and a modern urban setting.

The masterclass will use Molino Piantoni flour, the same flour used by one of the world’s most respected pizza masters, Franco Pepe. This creates a direct link between what is being taught and the highest level of pizza craftsmanship today.

The day continues with a pizza popup at D10, where the teams take over the kitchen and create a one-night-only menu. The evening will also include instructors from Pag Pizza Academy, adding another layer of knowledge, exchange, and shared experience.
