This Thursday, D10’s Pizza Fantasista launches a new series of guest chefs and pizzaioli called #G10s — short for Guest Ten — bringing pizza-inspired specialties from across Europe to Pag.
As part of the series, different guest chefs will prepare and serve unique dishes at Prosika that are inspired by pizza culture but reflect flavors from other European cities.
Meet the First Guest Chef
The first guest chef to present at #G10s is Magda Gadomska, who brings Polish specialties such as pierogi, mielone, and her bistro’s most popular pizza, Čečotina.
Magda is the owner of the popular and distinctive bistro Little Madza Lubi in Czeczotki near Warsaw, known for its creative and personal approach to Polish comfort food.
Beyond her bistro, Magda regularly presents her cuisine at events and on cooking shows on Polish national television, earning a loyal following who affectionately call her Madža.
